Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM system to ensure optimal functionality and usability.
• Manage customer data, including data entry, cleansing, to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Execute, and track multi-channel outreach campaigns using the CRM platform.Customer Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other channels to gain insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align CRM initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies and any relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
• Good analytical skills, able to interpret data and come out with actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across all levels
• Meticulous, good organizational and project management skills

• Location: Central
• Standard working hours
• Salary up to $4200 (depends on experience) + Bonus
