Responsibilities
- Prepare Tender, Construction, Shop, As-Built and Coordination BIM models and drawings.
- Develop and maintain accurate 2D/3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure constructability.
- Update drawings and models based on design revisions and site requirements.
- Support submission drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Produce coordinated layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Attend BIM coordination meetings and work closely with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with BIM/CAD standards, procedures, and project requirements.
- Assist with material take-offs and site coordination when required.
- Prepare MEP-related drawings, including piping, ducting, isometrics, and P&ID drawings where applicable.
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, or ITE qualification in Engineering, BIM, Architecture, or a related field.
- Senior BIM Modeller: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Lead / Senior Lead BIM Modeller: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Well verse in BIM modelling and construction coordination.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D, P&ID, or equivalent software is prefered
- Good understanding of construction drawings, BIM standards, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
