Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a regional communications team on a 6-month contract. Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in designing and delivering creative assets for a flagship leadership conference and other regional communications initiatives.

This role is responsible for creating compelling visual experiences across presentations, event branding, digital platforms, marketing collateral, and attendee touchpoints. The ideal candidate has an eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and experience producing both print and digital assets in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative assets for regional leadership conferences and corporate events, including presentation graphics, event branding, digital content, signage, attendee collateral, and marketing materials.
  • Produce high-quality graphics, icons, illustrations, infographics, charts, and data visualizations to support presentations, campaigns, and event experiences.
  • Design and format presentation decks for leadership meetings, conferences, and corporate communications using established templates and visual identity guidelines.
  • Develop branding assets across multiple attendee touchpoints, including event websites, mobile applications, digital displays, signage, wayfinding, promotional materials, and onsite experiences.
  • Adapt and localize global creative assets, presentation templates, and marketing materials for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Create visual assets for attendee communications, registration campaigns, promotional materials, reminder communications, and pre-event information.
  • Design digital assets for event websites and mobile applications, including banners, speaker graphics, session visuals, and user interface elements.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for both print and digital applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production specifications.
  • Support multimedia production through basic video editing, motion graphics, image retouching, and social media content creation where required.
  • Source, curate, and organize photography, stock imagery, icons, illustrations, and other creative assets to support project requirements.
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, project stakeholders, event agencies, production partners, and vendors to deliver creative projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide onsite creative support during events, including presentation updates, content revisions, asset management, quality assurance, and version control.
  • Maintain organized design files, templates, content libraries, and project documentation for efficient collaboration and future reference.
  • Support additional corporate communications, leadership events, and regional marketing initiatives as required.
  • Ensure consistent application of corporate branding and visual identity standards across all creative deliverables.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, events, or an agency/in-house creative environment.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, presentation design, branding, digital marketing materials, and event collateral.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent presentation design skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Apple Keynote is good to have.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Experience designing assets across print, digital, presentation, and event platforms.
  • Familiarity with macOS and Apple creative workflows.
  • Experience supporting conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, or experiential marketing projects.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
