IT Category Analyst (Procurement)

Responsibilities:

• Perform price analysis, cost modeling, and demand planning to support data-driven sourcing decisions and optimize IT infrastructure spend across the organization.
• Support RFQs/RFPs, vendor evaluations, and commercial negotiations with global technology providers, including cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise application vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to contribute to category strategies, cost optimization initiatives, and sourcing programs, leveraging analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Python to generate actionable insights

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and develop insights through cost, pricing, and demand analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python (Pandas) for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Understanding of procurement, supply chain, cloud services, IT infrastructure, or enterprise technology domains; direct category experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, with the resilience to perform effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
