Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the Project (planning, stakeholder coordination, logistics, risk management, and delivery).
• Ensure high-quality, consistent participant experience that aligns with global program standards while addressing regional nuances.
• Track cohort-specific milestones, risks, issues, and KPIs; provide regular status updates to the Global PgM.
• Partner closely with Recruiting, P&C, Regional Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Logistics teams in the Americas.
• Support program governance (decision logs, action items, communication plans, and stakeholder management).
• Help evolve the program toward AI-era readiness through operational improvements and automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment (ideally in Sales Enablement, Talent Development, or Sales Operations).
• Good experience with risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and driving accountability without direct authority.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana is good to have).
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desired.

Goot to have:

• Background in Sales Onboarding, Early-in-Career/New Hire programs, or Sales Enablement.
• Experience supporting large-scale talent development initiatives in a global technology company.
• Familiarity with hybrid delivery models and tools for learner experience (LXPs, MindTickle, etc. is a plus).
