Specialist Retail Sales (Watch)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable watch brands and models.
  • Demonstrate product features, specifications, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional luxury retail customer service before, during, and after sales.
  • Handle enquiries, reservations, and special orders.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Manage cash, credit card, and other payment transactions according to company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks.
  • Ensure watches and display counters are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist in merchandising and window/display presentations.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Support promotional events, product launches, and VIP customer activities.
  • Handle after-sales service matters, including warranty registrations and service follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and luxury retail standards.
  • Prepare sales reports and customer database updates when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in luxury retail, watch, jewellery, or premium fashion sales
  • Good sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for watches and luxury brands.
  • Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
