Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B calls to businesses
  • Identify and qualify potential clients with business funding or credit needs
  • Explain loan products, interest rates, and key benefits clearly to prospects
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales consultants
  • Handle objections professionally and build trust with business decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Achieve daily/weekly KPIs, including call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Min NITEC and above
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
  • Good communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage business decision-makers
  • Comfortable with outbound cold calling and handling objections confidently
  • Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
