Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Lead requirements discovery workshops with Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Document and manage business requirements, user stories, business rules, and functional requirements.
  • Analyze current-state ("As-Is") and define future-state ("To-Be") processes aligned with industry best practices.
  • Challenge legacy processes and identify opportunities to leverage standard platform capabilities rather than custom development.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across multiple business units.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Partner with SI vendors and solution architects to translate business requirements into solution designs.
  • Review functional design documents, configuration specifications, and solution proposals from implementation partners.
  • Validate that solution design meets business objectives, regulatory obligations, operational needs, and user expectations.

Data, Integration & Process Design

  • Define business data requirements, data governance needs, and business workflows.
  • Collaborate with integration teams on business processes involving RWS sub-systems such as Casino Management Systems (CMS), CRM/CDP platforms, integration platform (MuleSoft) ,etc.
  • Participate in data migration planning, validation, and business sign-off activities.

Testing & Deployment

  • Work with SI vendors to review test scenarios, test scripts, and business acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support defect triage, prioritization, validation, and business sign-off.
  • Assist in go-live readiness assessments and deployment activities.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate requirement prioritization and scope management discussions.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, business impact assessments, and decision papers.

Change & Adoption

  • Support business readiness activities including training, process documentation, communication, and adoption initiatives.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Proven experience working across both Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting or delivering large-scale software package implementations
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
