Responsibilities
- Maintain, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of clients’ financial records in full compliance with applicable accounting standards (SFRS/IFRS).
- Prepare and present financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports, in line with reporting timelines.
- Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and receivables while maintaining accurate ageing reports.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support GST filings, prepare tax schedules, and liaise with auditors and relevant regulatory bodies when required.
- Manage end-to-end payroll for clients, including statutory calculations, CPF submissions, and timely payslip generation.
- Provide clear financial insights and serve as a key point of contact for client queries and advisory support.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are advantageous.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a client-facing or outsourced environment.
- Well verse in accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP) and Microsoft Office applications.
