Business Development Executive - Packaging industry

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
  • Implement sales strategies to grow market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits to understand and address customer needs.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and respond to customer
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Prepare sales-related documents and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, including delivery schedules, installation arrangements, and project documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

•   Diploma in any Engineering / Business from any recognised institution

  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in engineering or packaging industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
  • Cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to start immediately / Technical background will be a plus
