Job Summary
- To develop and maintain critical Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions used by the Fuels Pricing team.
- Support the underlying data ecosystem that enables these dashboards, including databases, data integrations, automations, and coding, to ensure reliable reporting and business insights.
- Prioritize and support the most business-critical dashboards and reports, enabling operational continuity and informed decision-making.
- The individual will work under the guidance of the Regional Fuels Pricing Advisor and Digital, AI & Analytics Advisor to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable reporting solutions, and drive continuous improvements in pricing analytics and reporting capabilities.
- The contractor will provide business, operational, analytical and/or digital support to the Fuels Pricing organization during the transition period through 31 March 2027.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pricing process support, country operational support, reporting and analytics, data validation and reconciliation, process documentation, transition readiness activities, and support for business-critical pricing work.
- Development and maintenance of Power BI, Excel-based, and other reporting solutions.
- Supporting underlying data sources, automations, and integrations, and helping improve the reliability of pricing insights and management reporting.
- Supporting country pricing teams with pricing workflows, price-setting or notification support, SAP or other system-related pricing activities, operational controls, documentation, issue follow-up, and day-to-day pricing process continuity.
- Providing flexible additional capacity to support regional and country pricing priorities, with the final scope adjusted based on business needs and the capabilities of the selected candidate.
- The individual will work with the Regional Fuels Pricing Advisor, country pricing teams, Digital, AI & Analytics resources, Finance, CPST/Pricing Administration support, and other transition stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources or relevant field required.
- Proficient in Databricks, Azure, Power BI, PowerFX, Power Automate, Power Query, Basic understanding of APIs, Excel
- Proficient in coding Skills like Python, PowerFX, DAX and SQL
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business process skills, with the ability to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical support actions.
- Experience in pricing, commercial operations, business analysis, reporting, data analytics, or operational process support.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to business systems and pricing processes.
- Fuels, commercial, pricing, SAP, or pricing operations experience.
- Experience supporting transition activity, process documentation, operational excellence, controls, reconciliation, or country-level business support.
