Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable, independent, and resourceful part-time Administrative Assistant to support travel planning, meeting preparation, and formatting of communications and presentations. This role offers a high degree of flexibility and is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Job Scope:

  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including:
  • Individual travel (approximately 1–2 times per month)
  • Team travel for meetings involving 5–10 participants, expected 4–6 times per year (subject to change)
  • Support meeting preparation, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Draft, format, and proofread emails, documents, and written communications
  • Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clear structure, professional design, and appropriate use of visuals and animations
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support as required
  • Work independently to resolve issues, while ensuring alignment with established processes

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive support role
    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email
    • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders across different regions
    • Highly independent and self-directed, able to progress tasks even when instructions are not fully defined
    • Resourceful, while understanding the importance of following processes and guidelines
    • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Additional Information:

    • Salary – S$35 per hour
    • Contract duration: 12-month contract
    • Commencement Date: Immediate
    • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (10-15 hours/week), 3-hour per day between 10am to 4pm
    • Location: Bugis & remote, Minimum two face-to-face meetings per month
