The role is responsible for identifying and implementing emerging technologies (eg. AI, data platform), driving process optimization, and creating value across business operations in group wide include UOL, SLG and PPHG. The Manager works to align innovation and operational strategies with organizational goals while fostering collaboration, managing risks, and developing team capabilities.

SCOPE

Financial

Responsible for managing budgets related to technology innovation projects and process optimization initiatives.

Ensures efficient allocation of financial resources to maximize ROI from technology adoption and operational improvements.

Non-Financial

Oversees cross-functional teams for technology implementation and process optimization projects.

Accountable for delivering business impact through innovation, including increased efficiency and enhanced customer/tenant experiences.

OPERATING NETWORK

External

Engages with technology vendors to evaluate and implement emerging solutions.

Collaborates with consultants, startups, and innovation hubs to pilot and validate new technologies.

Internal

Works with IT, operations, finance, and marketing teams to integrate technology into business processes.

Regularly reports to senior leadership on innovation and process improvement outcomes.

COMMUNICATION

Presents innovation roadmaps and implementation plans to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Negotiates contracts and project scopes with external technology providers.

Facilitates cross-departmental discussions to ensure smooth technology adoption and process integration.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation, technology integration, or business process optimization.

Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, IoT, blockchain, and digital twins.

Expertise in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma .

Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks, including RPA solutions .

Proven track record of implementing technology-driven business strategies.
