Job Scope:

Design and Management of Talent Strategies

Lead the design and implementation of regional talent and development strategies.
Collaborate with group leadership to localize overarching strategies, ensuring they are effectively adapted for local contexts.
Develop and deliver training programs that are closely aligned with specific business objectives and requirements.

Onboarding Process Transformation

Enhance the onboarding experience by leading cross-departmental collaborations.
Improve new hire integration and the overall employee journey, resulting in increased engagement and satisfaction.

Employee Engagement and Culture Development

Strategize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture development programs.
Manage significant corporate events, including the Annual Dinner, to foster connectivity and strengthen employer branding.
Internal Communications Management
Oversee regular internal communications to ensure optimal organizational engagement and alignment.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant HR working experience
Hands-on experience in designing and delivering business-aligned talent training programs
Experience in planning employee engagement activities, cultural events and large-scale corporate gatherings including annual dinner
Skilled in onboarding process optimization, internal communication and efficient cross-departmental coordination
Logical thinking, execution ability and careful, responsible working attitude
Stress resistance, interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability
