Finance Manager ( $7000)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, accounting, and day-to-day finance operations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Finance Board.
• Oversee annual audits, budgeting, and regulatory submissions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Coordinate financial matters with parishes and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the main contact for finance-related enquiries.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or a recognised professional accounting qualification.
• 5 to 7 years of accounting and finance experience, including financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and full sets of accounts.
• Experience supervising and developing finance staff
• Experience in the charity, non-profit, or church sector is an advantage but not essential.
