Product Analyst (Debit cards l Campaigns) l Contract

About the Role

Support the Debit Products team in driving business growth, customer engagement, and product initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and card schemes to support the day-to-day management of the debit card portfolio and deliver key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of debit card business strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of the debit card portfolio.
• Coordinate and execute customer campaigns, portfolio management activities, and marketing communications.
• Manage relationships with partners and card schemes to support business growth.
• Prepare and monitor monthly sales and performance reports.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and presentations.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product rollouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in cards, payments, product management, marketing, or retail banking.
• Good analytical, reporting, and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
