Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer l Contract

Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support CRM solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, supporting system implementations, and leveraging automation and AI-assisted development tools

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure CRM forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, integrations, web services, and APIs. Support testing, deployment, production issues, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Utilize automation and AI tools to improve development productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development experience and participation in at least 3 CRM implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics CRM/365 customization, including forms, views, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and security roles.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL Server, and Microsoft CRM SDK.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, web services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016/D365 and SharePoint-related technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and production support environments.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools, automation, and DevOps practices is good to have.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
