Job Summary: Ensures seamless coordination within the marketing team, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. Job Scope:

Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the central point of contact between the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors (e.g., hotels, agencies, scientific organizations).
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on project deliverables.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Assist in managing departmental and activity budgets, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Resolve resource-related challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

Event & Meeting Organization

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Manage logistics such as venue booking, vendor negotiations, and material preparation.
  • Occasional weekend availability (approximately once per quarter) to organize and attend events.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Negotiate effectively with internal teams and external partners to secure favorable terms and ensure project success.
  • Build and maintain, long-term business relationships with vendors and partners.

Administrative & Technical Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools.
  • Utilize SAP and other standard office tools for procurement, budgeting, and workflow management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years in a marketing support or coordination role, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Working knowledge of SAP and other modern office tools.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic: Builds rapport easily and fosters positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • Salary – Up to S$5K + 1-month bonus
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract, extendable and convertible
