Key Responsibilities

  • Able to lead the setup and daily operations of a full 4S aftersales facility
  • Drive workshop performance, ensuring productivity, quality, and turnaround times
  • Build, lead, and develop teams across service, technical, parts, and warranty functions
  • Develop and manage an effective parts inventory strategy to ensure availability and efficiency
  • Oversee warranty and claims processes in line with manufacturer standards
  • Enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and retention
  • Take ownership of aftersales P&L and key performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and EV standards

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in automotive aftersales
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Service Manager or Aftersales Head)
  • Well verse in workshop operations and team leadership
  • Experience within an authorised dealership or distributor environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimise aftersales operations
