Receptionist (Evening Shift) - $1,200 - $1,350/month with completion bonus

Workday & Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 5:30pm-9:30pm or 6pm-9pm

Working Location:  Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987

Start Date: Immediate(One year contract) 

Job Description: 

• Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from the CEO during late working hours
• Manage office air-conditioning (switch on/off as needed) and lighting (turn off when unoccupied)
• Support late-night director meetings, including arranging food and purchasing required items
• Attend to guests visiting in the late evening
• Record directors' requests and hand over details to the morning team for follow-up
• Monitor and replenish pantry supplies
• Perform routine checks on office equipment and report/flag any faults
• Replace air purifier filters on a scheduled basis (every 3–6 months)
• Provide basic AV/technical support as needed
