Accounting Manager ($7500 /West)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure smooth and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Review, enhance, and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and cost management.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounting team.
• Support senior management with financial analysis, strategic planning, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing an accounting team, with the ability to independently oversee the full accounting function.
• Well verse in intercompany accounting and group consolidation.
