Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for our Asia Pacific, MiddleEast & Atlantic offices, configuration and deployment of desktop, notebooks, printers and hardware peripherals.

• Active Directory user and group Administration.

• Setup and maintain mobile devices with corporate security software. (Airwatch / Microsoft Intune)

• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot desk phones for staff. (Cisco Call Manager)

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware.

• Assist in maintaining of IT inventory.

• Assist in maintaining in-house software.

• Update system information and installation of software

• Assist in other adhoc duties as and when required.

• Report any IT issues to Line Manager.

• Regular communication and reports to Line Manager.

• Follow processes on joiners, leavers and movers.

• Log and close all cases in Service Now and escalate where needed.

• Work closely with clients and ensure any incidents or request are dealt with in a timely manner.

• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager.

• Take ownership of all the calls coming to service desk until the case is closed.

• Provide education and training of software to end-users.

• Regular housekeeping of all in house systems and operating procedures.

• Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Desktop Support role.

• Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10 & Microsoft Office 2010/2013 and 2016.

• Microsoft Azure and Office 365.

• Good knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SCCM and Ethernet.

• Good understanding on Vmware Horizon View.

• Good knowledge on Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 / 2010 & 2013. (Creating  Users, Security Group Membership, changing an email address etc.)

• Good troubleshooting skills.

• Systematic, organized, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Independent, patient and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Perform overtime when required.
