Manage warranty and product claims from customers, distributors, and service partners, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis in collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Product teams.
Maintain accurate claims documentation, analyze claim trends, and prepare reports for management review and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and deliver technical training programs to distributors, workshops, customers, and internal stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and application.
Create and update technical manuals, training materials, product guides, and presentations to support aftermarket activities.
Partner with Sales and Product teams to gather market insights, support product testing and validation, and contribute to new product launches and improvements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, technical support, product management, or a related function.
With in technical understanding of automotive systems, components, and spare parts, with the ability to troubleshoot product-related issues.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience conducting technical training sessions.
Analytical and detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP or CRM systems.
Customer-focused and collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and travel occasionally within Southeast Asia.
