Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications, including system setup, configuration, and regular updates.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to ensure optimal operation.
  • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with development, functional, and support teams to deploy patches, upgrades, and customizations.
  • Perform regular backups, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance.
  • Stay updated on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions best practices, patches, and new features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions administration or related system administration roles.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft tools, including PeopleSoft Query, Application Designer, and Security Administration.
  • Familiarity with database management, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with troubleshooting PeopleSoft issues and coordinating with technical teams.
  • Good understanding of higher education business processes is a plus.
