Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between customer stakeholders, project teams, and IWMS software vendors.
- Participate in planning sessions and represent customer interests when required.
- Guide customers on cost-benefit analysis, timelines, operational impacts, and change management decisions.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, mockups, and approval processes.
- Create and maintain documentation, including As-Is/To-Be processes, SOPs, KPIs, reporting requirements, and data management plans.
- Collaborate with project teams on solution design, test cases, change requests, and project deliverables.
- Manage project scope, user acceptance testing, installation, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Identify and drive process and system improvement initiatives.
- Train end users on IWMS functionality and business processes.
- Educate clients on industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Analyze data, identify quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Engage stakeholders across all organizational levels to understand and address business needs.
- Lead multiple IWMS projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to REFM leadership on technology roadmaps and process improvements.
- Mentor and develop junior Business Analysts through coaching and structured development plans.
- Assign, monitor, and balance work across the Business Analyst team.
- Review and validate BA deliverables for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive consensus on priorities, scope, and timelines.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 7-8 years of Business Analyst experience, including project leadership and mentoring junior staff.
- 5+ years of experience leading requirements analysis, documentation, and management across multiple projects.
- Experience working within formal project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Experience implementing and deploying ARCHIBUS or similar IWMS solutions.
Required Skills

- Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and testing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Must have:
- Experience with ARCHIBUS, TRIRIGA, or other IWMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management, Real Estate, and Asset Management practices.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and document management systems.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports, Business Objects, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience supporting technology roadmap and process improvement initiatives.
