Job Description:

  • Store Operations

    • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and compliance with company policies

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and premium shopping environment

  • Sales & Commercial Performance

    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

    • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and units per transaction

    • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management

  • Team Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service

    • Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and ongoing mentoring

  • Customer Experience

    • Ensure high service standards and handle customer complaints with professionalism

    • Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty programs

    • Coordinate in-store events and activations to drive engagement

  • Inventory & Merchandising

    • Manage stock replenishment, audits, and shrinkage control

    • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with global guidelines and seasonal campaigns

    • Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams for smooth operations

  • Financial & Reporting

    • Monitor expenses, payroll costs, and controllable overheads

    • Ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting

Requirement:

  •  Minimum 3–5 years in retail management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or departmental stores

  • Good people management, coaching, and team development skills

  • Proficiency in sales data analysis, KPI tracking, and inventory management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication for staff engagement and reporting

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments, especially during peak seasons (e.g., GSS, festive sales)

  • Proficiency in retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
