Salary : Up to $3,500 depending on experience

 

Our client is a leading provider of aircraft engine overhaul and component repair services, specializing in the Trent engine series. The company operates advanced facilities capable of servicing all Trent engine variants and can overhaul over 300 engines annually, supported by a state-of-the-art testing facility that ensures efficient turnaround times.

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a Heat Treatment & Thermal Process Technician to support localized thermal processing activities for aerospace engine repair operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform localized stress-relief and solution annealing processes
• Operate induction heating, resistance heating, and thermal blanket systems
• Install thermocouples and perform temperature monitoring/charting
• Ensure heat treatment processes comply with OEM specifications
• Support process qualification and validation activities
• Maintain process records and quality documentation
• Support HSE and audit compliance initiatives

 

Requirements

• Technical qualification in mechanical, materials, or aerospace engineering
• Experience with aerospace heat treatment processes and controls
• Minimum 4 years of relevant aerospace MRO or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with thermal processing of titanium, nickel alloys, and stainless steel
• Knowledge of Nadcap and aerospace quality systems
• Ability to interpret thermal processing procedures and specifications
