Job Description

•Follow Safety & Quality protocol (e.g. LOTO)
•Prepare slip sheet on wooden pallets
•Loading of cartons
•Loading of shippers
•Loading of scoops / opening boxes
•Loading of Top Hats / overcapper by opening cartons
•De-carton shipper/cartons
•Pouch In Shipper (PIS)
•Decan into non-rework
•Depouch into non-rework
•Support in bag off and sealing
•Support in trials (carrying material for testing)
•Support in housekeeping (Basic, Medium & High Hygiene Zones)
•Support in sanitizing packaging equipment (Basic, Medium & High Hygiene Zones)
•Support in sanitizing environment (Basic, Medium & High Hygiene Zones)
•Support operations of packaging equipment (Basic, Medium & High Hygiene Zones)
•Support loading of stick packs into dolax box
•Support in co-packing of pouch or stick packs manually
•Support in sorting activities
•Top up hygiene items at lines (gloves, IPA, face mask, plastic)
•Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards throughout the production process.
•Support general production operations as directed by the on-site Supervisor.
