Senior Logistics Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and oversee end-to-end logistics and delivery operations, ensuring schedules are well-planned, monitored, and updated (including corporate deliveries and partners/outlets deliveries).

• Coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries, and pick-ups while working closely with third-party logistics service providers.

• Review incoming orders and plan delivery schedules to ensure efficient routing, timely fulfilment, and operational efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between logistics, operations, sales, and other departments.

• Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities to optimise cost, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and updating internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on operational data and feedback.

• Assist in managing logistics documentation, reporting, and tracking to ensure accuracy and transparency in operations.

• Provide guidance and coordination support to the logistics team and assist in developing team capabilities.
