Operations Supervisor (Oils blending/ Specialty Chemicals, Tuas)
Job Scope
- Perform complex weighing, blending, and production activities while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Support production, warehouse, sampling, and cleaning operations across multiple functions.
- Review inventory and production transactions in the ERP system and support stock accuracy.
- Conduct equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance support.
- Lead cycle counts, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians to ensure operational excellence and compliance with GMP, EHS, ISO, and 5S standards.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, production, or engineering environment.
- Excellent knowledge of production operations, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and basic equipment troubleshooting is good to have.
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members.
