Senior /Project Engineers (Construction/ Building Codes Compliance/ Permitting)

1. Project Engineer role to Client ensure that design permitting meets local building codes compliances and relevant fire safety standard.
2. Prepare and manage permitting workflows and schedules based. including identify critical tasks, and ensure permitting approvals are obtained in timely manners to support project milestones.
3. Manage discussion/consultation with local Authorities. In general, for fire safety issues with SCDF, NEA, BCA
4. Track waiver / ST submission submission and appeal cases
5. Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in the construction or manufacturing plant projects
