Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Project Department on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in both administrative coordination and business operations support.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting internal stakeholders, and driving efficiency across administrative and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Secreterial & Administrative Support
- Manage schedule, calendar and meeting coordination
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Handle visitor management and departmental coordination
- Provide full administrative support to the team
Business Operations Support
- Support service agreements, billing and payment processes
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and set up
- Manage internal applications and documentation workflow
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with internal processes
Group Companies Support
- Provide administrative and operational support across group entities
- Liaise with stakeholders for cross-company coordination
- Assist in handling intercompany documentation and requests
Job Requirements
