Business Analyst (Product / Delivery Lead) l 12-month contract

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives, stakeholder needs, and ROI.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including customer journeys, UI requirements, data needs, copy, notifications, and error handling scenarios.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with development teams to clarify requirements, provide SME support, and ensure delivery priorities are understood.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Work with the Scrum Master to develop release plans, testing strategies, UAT approaches, and implementation readiness plans.
• Oversee delivery execution, QA activities, testing budgets, status reporting, and risk/issue escalation.
• Manage UAT sign-off against agreed exit criteria and track outstanding items.
• Coordinate Go-Live activities, production support readiness, knowledge transfer, and BAU handover.
• Support implementation and post-production troubleshooting, investigation, and issue resolution.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Delivery Management, or a related role within Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in backlog management, requirements gathering, sprint delivery, UAT, testing, and release planning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle.
