1. Staff Shop Operations

  • Ordering and Receiving of Stocks
  • Staff shall place orders for all items on a weekly basis, with stocks arriving the following week.

2. BAU Operations

  • Staff is responsible for daily opening and closing operations.
  • Staff will provide immediate support to employees who needs assistance.

3. Updating of Staff Shop Catalogue

  • Staff shall contact the relevant executives to provide an updated staff catalogue at the start of every quarter.
  • For new SKUs, Staff shall request for plant extension to the Staff Shop code in the system.
  • Staff shall perform necessary updates in the system.
  • Staff shall print new labels if needed.

4. Disposal of Expired and Damaged Products

  • Staff shall remove goods that are expiring in the next month during the last week of the current month.
  • Staff shall fill up the expired stock form and provide forms and photos of products to be disposed for approval.
  • Upon approval, Staff shall arrange for disposal and show proof of disposal

5. Annual Stock Count

  • An annual stock count is conducted, usually in the last quarter of the year, on a floor-to-list basis.
  • The process involves a physical count of the stocks in the Staff Shop & Store, followed by a cross-check with the SAP system
