Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components into complete systems and sub-assemblies.
- Read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks with precision.
- Safely and effectively operate hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly fixtures.
- Achieve daily production and output targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out minor repairs as required.
- Monitor production processes, identify quality deviations or equipment malfunctions, and report issues promptly.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Proficient in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and mechanical assembly techniques.
- Good visual acuity with the ability to identify and handle small components accurately.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to quality and safety.
