Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute month-end and year-end closing processes for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, deferrals, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules while ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Analyze revenue, expenses, and key financial metrics, providing variance analysis and meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
???????Prepare and review management reports and statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers, ensuring smooth completion of audits and statutory filings.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational performance, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide financial guidance.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency through automation, system optimization, and best practices.
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, HR, and Strategy teams to support business initiatives, entity management, and organizational growth.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
With CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional certification.
???????Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience, including ownership of financial close and reporting processes.
Well versed in accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proficient with NetSuite or other ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills
Fluent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and translate financial information into business insights.
