District Manager

Conduct on-site visits to merchants in assigned districts (e.g. Changi Airport, Orchard, MBS, Bugis, Sentosa) to verify QR code display, signage, and terminal functionality.
Support post-sales merchant activation and ensure proper usage of Alipay+ cross-border payment solutions.
Perform wallet and QR display audits; troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
Engage with merchants to collect feedback, usage data, and identify interest from nearby businesses.
Assist in light business development by identifying and reporting potential new merchant leads.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, merchant status, and follow-up actions.

1–3 years of experience in field operations, merchant support, or retail tech enablement.
Familiarity with QR payment systems, POS terminals, or fintech products is a plus.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with merchants from diverse backgrounds.
Comfortable with outdoor/roaming work; able to travel across assigned districts.
