About the Role

An established, data-driven technology firm supporting the financial services sector is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to drive the development of innovative digital products. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: planning, development, launch, and iteration
  • Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases
  • Conduct customer research, validate hypotheses, and iterate toward product-market. 
  • Own go-to-market initiatives including beta programmes, onboarding flows, and pricing strategies
  • Engage key stakeholders across leadership, commercial teams, and external partners
  • Track and analyse product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay informed on fintech, regulatory, and market trends impacting product strategy

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in tech-driven environments
  • Proven success building and launching products from 0 to 1 (startup or scale-up experience ideal)
  • Experience working closely with or managing engineering teams
  • Excellent Agile/Scrum execution and backlog management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, experimentation, and KPI tracking
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Domain exposure in fintech, payments, or financial services 
  • Comfortable engaging with technical concepts (APIs, system architecture, build vs buy decisions)

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or integrating AI into product workflows
  • Familiarity with compliance domains (e.g., KYC, AML, financial crime)
  • Experience with RegTech platforms or API-based integrations
