Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely support and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Organise and facilitate customer visits, including factory tours, business meetings, and product presentations.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Based in Singapore and familiar with the local business landscape.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willing and able to travel regularly for customer visits and business development activities.
- Typically 3–4 days per trip
- Average of two overseas trips per month
- Possess a customer-centric mindset with drive to achieve sales targets.
