Responsibilities
- Support model risk governance and compliance for ML and Generative AI (GenAI) models.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, banking policies, and model validation standards.
- Maintain model inventory, governance documentation, and model risk records.
- Prepare compliance reports and presentations for stakeholders, auditors, and senior management.
- Coordinate remediation activities arising from audits, reviews, and regulatory findings.
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Model Risk teams throughout the model lifecycle, from development to retirement.
- Support responsible, auditable, and compliant AI adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Model Risk Management, Model Validation, Risk Governance, or Compliance within the banking industry.
- Understanding of ML and GenAI models and their governance requirements.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
