Job Responsibilities
- Monitor tool performance and perform daily equipment health checks and respond promptly to tool alarms or abnormalities
- Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and minor repairs under supervision of Equipment Engineers
- Assist in troubleshooting and recovery of equipment downtime to minimize production impact
- Record maintenance activities and update equipment logs accurately in system
- Follow cleanroom and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards
- Report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or equipment hazards immediately
- Escalate equipment issues or process deviations to engineers promptly
Job Requirements
- Educational qualifications in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field is advantageous
- Work experience in semiconductor wafer fab or related precision manufacturing industry
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor tools
- Willing to work in 12-hour rotating shifts (3-4-4-3 pattern)
- Willing to take night shift if needed
- Teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom suit and handle mechanical components
