Responsibilities
- Design and develop content that communicates organisational culture, values, and initiatives in a clear and engaging way.
- Translate internal messaging into compelling, human-centered narratives that resonate with employees.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and storytelling across all internal communication channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to shape and execute content strategies for culture-building initiatives.
- Apply content design principles to structure information clearly and effectively across formats.
- Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit video content for internal cultural storytelling.
- Produce a range of formats (e.g. interviews, event highlights, leadership messages).
- Manage end-to-end production from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
- Optimise content for different platforms.
- Stay updated on content and cultural trends to keep formats relevant.
- Develop creative concepts for activations, and engagement initiatives.
- Create multimedia assets (visuals, graphics, motion content) to support storytelling.
- Work closely with HR, stakeholders, wider OC and business teams to deliver culture initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors when needed (e.g. swag production).
Qualifications
- Proficient in content creation and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or equivalent software.
- Experience with video production and editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc).
- Familiarity with design, motion graphics, and multimedia tools, and AI-powered creative tools such as Stable Diffusion, MidJourney.
Good to have:
- Past experience in Organizational Culture is a plus.
- A creative thinker and storyteller with the ability to craft engaging employee experiences.
- Experience in creating compelling, targeted messaging for internal audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to “roll up your sleeves” to get the work done.
