Senior Salesforce Analyst (Asset Management Systems)

The Senior Analyst will support investor application platforms, focusing on system enhancements, production support, and delivery of scalable solutions across a global asset management environment. The role blends hands-on Salesforce configuration/development with business collaboration to enable digital and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Delivery

• Lead configuration, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow
• Build and maintain scalable, metadata-driven architecture
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
• Manage full SDLC: design, build, test, deploy, and documentation

Integration & Data Management

• Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations across platforms
• Perform data analysis, complex queries, and support data migration/reconciliation
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues with root-cause resolution focus

Stakeholder & Support

• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver enhancements and resolve production issues
• Provide ongoing application support, including tickets and enhancement requests
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and new technology adoption
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud)
• Solid hands-on expertise in:
  • Apex (classes, triggers, test classes)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce, SOQL
  • Salesforce Flow / automation tools
• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments (sprints, backlog, stand-ups)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business team.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (completed or in progress); Platform Developer II / Admin certification. 
• Exposure to financial services / transfer agency / data reconciliation environments
• Tools exposure: Snowflake, Workato, Jira, Azure, C#, JavaScript/HTML
• Computer Science or related degree
