We are seeking an experienced Thunderhead / SmartCOMM Developer to design and deliver enterprise communication solutions supporting Treasury and Capital Markets operations.
This role focuses on document generation, regulatory communications, and client reporting within a scalable and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates and workflows
- Build dynamic document generation solutions, including confirmations, statements, and reports
- Configure data-driven templates using business rules and conditional logic
- Develop and support integrations with trading and post-trade platforms and other enterprise systems
- Implement both real-time and batch document generation processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client communication requirements
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver effective solutions
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of document generation processes
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support and issue resolution
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and release cycles
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Thunderhead / SmartCOMM development
- Solid expertise in template design and document composition
- Good understanding of Treasury and Capital Markets lifecycle processes
- Experience working with XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Knowledge of system integration patterns and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
