Job Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Drive sales by promoting products and upselling products
- Maintain product knowledge including features, pricing, and current promotions
- Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and visually appealing
- Perform cashiering duties including handling payments and POS transactions
- Support stock replenishment, stocktaking, and inventory control activities
- Demonstrate products where required to enhance customer experience
- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
- Handle customer feedback, returns, and exchanges professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the retail area
- Assist in promotional events, festive displays, and visual merchandising setups
