RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute new business growth strategy based on market insights and business conditions
- Drive organic growth of existing business through account management and support
- Give advice to General Manager about what technical or supply chain competencies should be developed to seize emerging market opportunities
- Keep up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain good, long-term relationships with key accounts, with clear communication and support plans for each
- Ensure Technic has appropriate engagement with key customers at multiple levels: Senior Management, Procurement, Technical, and Manufacturing
- For Global or multi-region accounts, collaborate with sales leaders in other territories to ensure continuity and consistency of message
• Technical Consultation and Support:
- Provide technical advice and support to customers, answering their questions and resolving technical issues, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Assist customers with product implementation, integration, and optimization.
- Conduct chemical installation in customer production line with support of technical team.
- Provide technical advice and information to Sales GM to develop proposals for customers.
• Project management and Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., development, engineering, support) to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- Manage customer projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare regular reports on client activity, performance, and satisfaction.
- Document technical solutions and best practices for internal and external use.
- Follow-up with customer service to close aging payments
- Any other ad hoc assignments as delegated by the company from time to time.
