Up to $2,800 depending on experience

IMMEDIATE VACANCY

 

Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform accurate and efficient picking of materials from warehouse racks
• Execute receiving of inbound materials and verify against supporting documentation
• Carry out outbound activities including preparation and dispatch of materials
• Apply labelling on materials and products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform waste handling and disposal in compliance with HSE and GMP requirements
• Conduct sanitization of materials as per standard operating procedure
• Work in a cleanroom environment following gowning and hygiene protocols
• Operate electric lifting aids (e.g., electric pallet jacks, electric stackers) safely and responsibly
• Support general warehouse operations including inventory management and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warehouse activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and Sanofi quality standards always
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformances to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain housekeeping of work area.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum ITE (Institute of Technical Education) graduate in any discipline or 1 to 3 years of work experience in warehousing and logistics
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheet management)
• Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting
• Certified or willing to be trained in the operation of electric lifting aids
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (gowning required)
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift
