Key Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting.
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports for the Group and its subsidiaries.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, invoices, collections, and vendor payments.
Review vendor reconciliations and oversee payment schedules to maintain healthy supplier relationships.
Monitor daily banking activities and cash flow to support smooth business operations.
Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, including GST filing and other regulatory submissions.
Lead the annual financial audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audits.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA
At least 5–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
