Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial and admin support
- Prepare, organize and coordinate all presentations/ conferences/ meetings/ events
- Able to Manage Superior’s schedule and ensure that all appointments/ meetings are timely and notified
- Support in the preparation of all meeting agendas and presentation materials
- Coordinate and oversees to all the travel arrangements
- Able to perform minutes taking and ensure accurate and timely distribution of minutes to all attendees of meeting
- Follow up on all matters timely and professionally with regards to the communication and coordination of all meetings with internal and external parties
- Provide support in Company related events and ad-hoc projects/ tasks as and when required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Secretarial studies with Private Secretarial Certification or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good problem solving ability and resourceful
