Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating business and regulatory requirements into a prioritized product backlog.
- Lead end-to-end product development, including writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, API specifications, and workflow designs.
- Partner closely with engineering teams and manage third-party vendors/API providers to ensure high-quality delivery and integration outcomes.
- Drive integrations with compliance and financial services platforms, including eKYC, AML screening, transaction monitoring, and payment gateways.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, working closely with leadership, compliance, and commercial teams to refine product direction.
- Track product performance through KPIs, user insights, and system metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Product Management experience in Software, FinTech, RegTech, or related technology environments.
- Proven track record of building and launching software products from concept to market, preferably within startups or high-growth companies.
- Well verse in understanding of APIs, system architecture, integrations, and software development processes.
- Experience managing external vendors, technology partners, and third-party integrations.
- Good knowledge of FinTech, digital onboarding, eKYC, AML, compliance solutions, or API-driven financial services.
- Well verse in Scrum experience with expertise in backlog management, user story creation, prioritization, and sprint delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business, compliance, and engineering teams.
